DUPLEX PAPER SLITTING MACHINE

About Product

This machine is ideal for slitting thin films/paper, such as insulating kraft paper, Nomex, Polyester, Kapton, Mica, CeQUIN, Non Woven electrical insulation etc. The machine consists of a main motor driven by variable frequency drive; mechanical brake is used to maintain constant tension in the payoff. Web aligner is used for edge correction(optional). Two units of friction clutch is fixed on rewinding shaft to maintain constant tension winding. The rewinding shaft rolls lifting and lowering operated by counter balanced for constant tension/tight winding of pads

Salient Features

Transmission of drive to the rewinding shaft is through timing belts for noiseless and vibration free operation.
Unwinder roll lifting/lowering by hydraulic, therefore no need of the overhead crane.
Line speed indicator/length counter.
