COMPUTERISED COIL TAPING MACHINE (4 AXIS)

The 4 Axis Computerized Taping Machinehas been designed to tape slot and overhang (except knuckle) portion of Diamond shaped Stator coils and Half coils of Hydro and Turbo Generators with Speed and Precision.

  • 4 Axis Taping head movement i.e. X, Y & C and fourth Axis is taping Head Rotation

  • Sophisticated CNC control system enable no need of operator intervention during insulation taping process

  • Touch screen interface with advance data logging

  • Storage of 50 taping program ( 50 coils, 2 sides)
